Shipping and Handling
Most items in stock are shipped from our New Hampshire warehouse within 72 hours from receipt of
order to arrive within 3 to 8 business days. In the event of a delay, we will attempt to notify you by
email or telephone. A few products have extended lead times of as much as four weeks before you
should expect shipment. This will be stated clearly on the product page. Items out of stock are
back ordered and billed at time of shipping.
Our standard method of shipping within the contiguous United States is UPS or Fed-Ex Ground.
You may choose to upgrade to 2nd Day Air for an additional charge. No weekend or holiday
delivery is available; all shipments are insured and a deliver confirmation signature is required.
APO and FPO address orders are shipped USPS standard deliver. (Ground rate from table below).
We do not ship to PO boxes.
The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount. Use the table below as a quick
reference for calculating your shipping charge. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US
Virgin Islands are only shipped 2nd Day Air and will incur an additional charge of $10.00 (add to
the listed 2nd Day Air shipping charges).

All costs incurred for incomplete or inadequate shipping or billing information are the responsibility
of the customer and will be charged accordingly.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped
during regular business hours Monday through Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm EST excluding
holidays. If any problem in processing or shipping is encountered, you will be promptly notified.
